Adding the HelpDesk+ bot to your channels is an essential part of getting starting with using the platform.

What to know

  • The bot must be added to each channel you want to use it in
  • Channels can be configured for Support or Agents

How to add to channels

  1. Navigate to the channel you want to use to support users
  2. Type @helpdesk
  3. Hit Enter
  4. Click the button Add to Channel
