Threads make it easy to update requests from Slack and the messages in your thread are automatically synchronized to Jira or Jira Service Desk to keep everything organized. 

Public Replies

To reply publicly simply type your response into the request thread.

Internal replies

To add an internal reply use the 🔒 emoji at the beginning of your request
